ecoips is a Dublin based company offering a range of eco design and eco project management services. All work, from the inception to completion of each project, is led and supervised by our  architect who work closely with our clients consultants. We maintain absolute control over the entire process to ensure good practice exacting standards are achieved. Our designers, makers and project managers work exclusively with eco minded Clients, partners, specialist consultants and suppliers to provide a seamless design and production process.

Environmental Credentials

All ecoips structures are constructed primarily from engineered timber sourced from renewable, sustainably certified sources. Our off-site production improve quality control, efficiency and eliminates waste through dedicated recycling. ecoips building envelopes are designed to be super airtight and super energy efficient to comply with zero emission building standards. Optional Sedum roofs can also be specified to encourage site bio diversity and the environment.

Our typical standard buildings also require very little maintenance; no treatment and no re-decoration to any external or internal walls. We can even integrate renewable energy options including photovoltaic solar panels, air source heat pumps and log burning stoves.

ecoips design build strategy

The ecoips concept was developed in response to environmental, economic and space issues society faces today. Our approach is to create high quality thermal envelopes for zero emission buildings in a shortened delivery period by combining design and off-site construction, pre-engineered assemblies for rapid installation and completion on site. Our strategy is to provide a flexible modular building that can be simply customised, adapted, extended and applied to a wide range of uses. We focus on creating architectural solutions that  respond sensitively to the site and the environment, and to our client's requirements.
